iOut-of-Warranty Repairs
Out-of-warranty repairs are charged at current service rates. A quote will be presented for your approval and signature before we can proceed with your repair.
⚡Diagnostics
Diagnostics may incur charges depending on the time and resources required. If you approve the repair, there will be no diagnostic charges.
Before Bringing Your Device

Data Backup
Back up your data and/or make sure you have a recent backup in iCloud or your preferred medium.
Remove Find My
If your device is an iPhone or iPad, you must remove it from your iCloud account and/or turn off the Find My option.
How to remove Find My
- 1 Open Settings on your iPhone or iPad
- 2 Tap your name at the top (Apple ID)
- 3 Select Find My → Find My iPhone
- 4 Turn off Find My iPhone
- 5 Enter your Apple ID password to confirm
